Synchronize your accounts

For smooth operation of your NoPass™ applications, synchronize your accounts on all devices with NoPass™ installed. You can sync all your accounts one by one or simultaneously.

One by one account synchronization

Procedure

1. Open the NoPass™ desktop application on your macOS computer.

2. On the Accounts page,click   Sync to make your account appear in the application installed on your other device.

 

3. Follow the instructions in the Account synchronization dialogue box. For more details, see Synchronize your accounts in the NoPass™ mobile application.

4. On your mobile device, open your NoPass app and navigate to Settings.

5. On the Settings screen, tap Sync accounts.

6. On the next screen, tap Get started and scan the QR code in your NoPass desktop app on your macOS computer.

7. On your mobile device, an 8-digit synchronization code is displayed.

8.   Enter the code  into your desktop app and click Synchronize.

9. After successful synchronization, the selected account from your NoPass desktop app is added to the Accounts menu in your NoPass™ mobile application.

simultaneous synchronization

You can synchronize all your accounts simultaneously with the Sync all accounts buttons in your NoPass desktop macOS app.

Procedure

1.Open the NoPass™ desktop application on your macOS computer.

2. On the Accounts page, click Sync all accounts.

3. Perform steps 3-8 from the One by one account synchronization section above.

4. After successful synchronization all your accounts from your NoPass desktop app are added to the Accounts menu in your NoPass™ mobile application.
