History of your actions

The History page of your NoPass™ desktop app allows you to monitor your actions with your accounts registered on portals with integrated NoPass™. Besides, the History page displays your attempts to sign in to your NoPass™ Profile (see Sign in to your Profile for more details) and to unlock your Windows desktop with NoPass™ (see Unlock Windows desktop with NoPass™ for more details).

Procedure

1. To see the history of actions with your accounts, Profile, or  NoPass™ Desktop Unlock feature, open your NoPass™  desktop app.

2. On the Menu page, navigate to History.  Until you perform any actions with your accounts, the History page is empty.

3. Your authentication attempts are displayed on the History page. An "authentication attempt" is a push notification accepted or declined in your NoPass™ desktop application.

4. The following information is displayed on the History page:

  • The name and the login (email address) of the account you tried to sign in to.
  • For the NoPass Profile authentication attempts - your Profile login (email address).
  • For attempts to unlock your Windows PC with the Desktop Unlock feature - your NoPass™ login (email address).
  • The time and date of the authentication attempt.
  • The status of the authentication attempt: successful authentications are marked in green, while failed authentications are marked in red.

: The History page of your NoPass desktop app contains only the authentication attempts accepted or declined on the PC where this desktop app is installed.
